Cancellation Policy

At leumaS Mobile & Electronic Notary Services, LLC, we value reliability and efficiency. To ensure fair scheduling, prompt, high-quality notary services, we have established the following policies: * Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients. * Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment are not permitted Payment & Refund Policy * To confirm a mobile or remote online notary appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. * All payments are non-refundable. If a client cancels an appointment after payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued * If a notary is in transit or arrives but the signing cannot proceed,(e.g., missing documents, ID issues, signer unavailability) no refunds will be issued. * Payment confirms agreement to our terms of service. Our Commitment to Flexibility We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occur and will do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests when possible. To help us maintain our services, we kindly request as much advance notice as possible.
